TECH TIP: This is a big year for the Kinvara. Version 14 sees a few big updates. The initial step-in will feel softer due to the PWRRUN+ sock liner. The shoe itself has seen a slight weight reduction due to the restructured upper, but don’t be fooled. The midsole is beefier than ever, with 3 additional millimeters of cushioning over the Kinvara 13, this version is made to go the distance. The upper is similar to the Endorphin Pro 3, structured but lightweight for a secure fit. If you want a great shoe for speed work or to go fast in on race day, try out the Kinvara 14!
